                                         .......what comes next?

• We will begin with interviews.   One of our case managers will provide  you with a questionnaire regarding your experiences. We will interview you and any other witnesses to the phenomena.  We will assess the type of activity you are experiencing.  
  

• We require a preliminary investigation of the area by at least 2 team members prior to setting up the actual investigation date and time.   Once our paperwork is finished we will contact our team members and arrange a mutually agreeable investigation date.

• Using a variety of modern technological equipment, we will proceed to collect and record data in the areas the haunting has been reported.  Experience has led us to believe that a combination of scientific data and psychic intuitiveness provides the best end results.

• Sometimes we determine that what you are experiencing is not paranormal in origin and can actually be explained.  We look for a rational explanation first and foremost.   If we do determine there is paranormal activity, we will discuss what measures can be taken.  There are situations where you can merely speak to the ghost/spirit  and tell them what can be tolerated, and what can't be tolerated.  Always keep in mind that it is your home, business, or property.  We can teach you empowerment and how to take control of the situation.  We believe in the power of prayer and will provide a pamphlet of prayers for guidance and protection.   We will find prayers and/or rituals with which you are comfortable.  We also have a special pamphlet for ways to help your child if they have been aware of the activity.

•  If you feel you would like to be free of the haunting, we  can possibly assist the spirit(s) in crossing over.  Some of our team members have worked with spirit release.  But please understand there are no guarantees and no guaranteed methods for crossing a spirit to the other side.  We find every case is different.  Sometimes they just won't go....in that case we can help teach you and your family ways to try and co-exist with the haunting.  

• Once you become our client, one of our team members will be available 7 days a week for guidance and support.   We have all had experiences with haunted homes and can truly appreciate the feelings you and your family members may be going through. 

• Our ultimate goals are to investigate and research paranormal activity, educate the public regarding the reality of the paranormal world,  and help homeowners  "take back" their homes.

We've included this list of the equipment we use in investigations so that you can familiarize yourself with our gear. 

We use a variety of cameras and camcorder equipment.  Our infrared equipment enables us to record video data in the dark. 

Our regular and infrared motion sensors and scouting cameras are surveillance tools that we employ to check for any movement in a pre-designated area.  They allow us to monitor areas out of our sight at all times during an investigation.  

The EMF detectors (electro magnetic field meters) help detect fluctuations in electro magnetic fields.  EM fields are normally generated by electrical appliances, computers, cell phones,etc.  When you find an unexplainable field, especially one that moves around you, it is believed it could be an indication that spirit activity is present.  

We use audio recorders in an attempt to capture EVPs (electronic voice phenomena).   

We use temperature gauges to

measure "cold spots" or

temperature variations.

We use a hygrometer to measure

humidity, which has been known to

affect photography results.

We also sometimes use L-shaped

brass rods to help corroborate the

presence of energy fields.
